Role Description

As a Technology Risk Analyst, you will:

• Act as the primary liaison between technology and security, risk, and compliance teams.
• Develop risk-based reports and communicate risk and compliance performance.
• Establish engagement models and standardized risk tracking systems.
• Assist stakeholders in meeting risk and compliance requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and exams.
• Lead and manage small to medium-sized projects as necessary.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Basic understanding of risk management applications
• 3+ years in project management or management and data analysis
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and solve complex problems
• Experience in a matrixed environment
• Proficiency in time management, facilitation, communication, and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and adaptability to change
• Knowledge of change management principles and performance evaluation processes
• Diplomatic in resolving business issues and capable of leading resources across an organization
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Additional Responsibilities

• Facilitate transparency in risk-related activities prioritization and status.
• Mitigate and remediate identified risks with leadership.
• Ensure alignment with Compliance, Audit, and Internal Controls.
• Develop risk management frameworks and processes.
• Standardize and maintain risk documentation and practices.
• Implement performance measurement and continuous improvement metrics.
• Strengthen relationships across technology, risk, and the broader organization.
• Regularly review, measure, and report on compliance performance.
