About the Role
Capgemini is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented UX/Product Design Lead to join our team, collaborating with a top 10 US Insurance Carrier. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in understanding user and business needs, leading strategic research, and crafting effective design deliverables for complex projects.
As a UX/Product Design Lead, you will:
- Develop ideas, designs, and prototypes in Figma that address user needs within technical constraints
- Improve usability standards and model best practices
- Lead project teams to ensure project success
- Influence hiring and mentor junior team members
- Encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration
- Participate in thought leadership and discussions on team vision and roadmap
- Independently lead workshops and other collaborative activities

Requirements
- Experience: 7-9 years in digital product design
- Portfolio: Online portfolio showcasing recent work with strong design clarity
- English Proficiency: Fluent
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Preferred Studies: Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Computer Science
Additional Skills Required
- Advanced knowledge in Product Design and User Research
- Proficiency in Figma
