Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow our social media accounts, including YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Develop growth hacking strategies and handle daily operations such as posting, captioning, and community engagement.
• Write and edit video scripts for both short-form and long-form videos. Collaborate with the video editor to enhance video quality and increase watch time.
• Utilize our AI tool to create audio narrations of scripts and refine the files using audio editing software.
• Repurpose video content for emails and blog posts.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years of experience in growing YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram accounts.
• Exceptional writing skills, particularly in crafting video scripts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Autonomous, entrepreneurial mindset with out-of-the-box thinking.
• Deep understanding of Western Culture.
• Quick learner, especially in mobility training.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
