Job Opportunity: HR Data & Insight Analyst

ERM is seeking an HR Data & Insight Analyst to join our regional HR team supporting the EMEA business.

Key Responsibilities

The HR Data Analyst will play a crucial role in our transformation journey by designing and implementing the HR data analytics roadmap and shaping HR decisions across EMEA. Responsibilities include:

• Integrating finance, sales, and HR data to create insights that drive commercial decisions
• Designing and implementing the HR data analytics roadmap
• Preparing a quarterly HR Health Metrics data pack for EMEA leadership
• Supporting the EMEA HR Senior Leadership team with data and analysis during key annual cycles
• Responding to ad-hoc data requests and developing a self-service data approach
• Producing presentation slides to convey data effectively
• Ensuring existing Workday dashboards are fit for purpose and identifying future needs

About You

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Intermediate to expert proficiency in Excel functions
• Experience with PowerBI or similar platforms
• Experience creating and running reports in Workday or other HRIS systems
• Working knowledge of multiple data sources
• Understanding of data accuracy, user adoption, and adherence to processes
• Knowledge of GDPR and data management standards
