What This Job Offers You

As a Quality Analyst on our Benefits team, you’ll have a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our global operations across over 80 countries. This role is fully remote, deploying your expertise right from where you are, without the need to relocate.

Who You Are

You bring significant expertise in HR Operations and Benefits Data, with at least 3 years of experience in related fields. Your skills include advanced data analytics, SQL, google apps scripts, and excel macros. Experience in startup environments and with BI tools is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary tasks will include designing audits, documenting data flows, developing reporting tools, and enhancing data quality and systems efficiency. You’ll be collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Our Compensation Philosophy

At Remote, we strive to offer competitive and fair compensation and benefits tailored to different geographic locations. The salary range for this position is $32,800 to $46,150, reflecting our commitment to providing above-market rates.
