Job Summary

The HCM Business Intelligence Center of Excellence (COE) is integral to supporting the HCM division using advanced analytics and Business Intelligence solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various HCM functional leaders to meet their BI needs and empower data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation and management of Business Intelligence dashboards.
  • Standardization and best practice development for BI tools such as Tableau and Alteryx.
  • Reviewing statistics to challenge the status quo and pinpoint areas for process improvement.

Communication Skills

  • Ability to translate technical data insights for operational and financial stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships and effectively communicate across all organization levels.
  • Listen actively and foster an open, collaborative dialogue among team members.

Risk Management and Client Focus

  • Manage operational and risk impacts related to specific tasks or procedures.
  • Identify client needs and leverage internal tools to deliver outstanding service.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience post-undergrad in Business Intelligence Engineering, excluding internships.
  • Proficiency in SQL, and experience in building dashboards using Tableau or similar BI tools.
  • Experience in effectively communicating insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree or advanced certifications in relevant fields such as Tableau or Alteryx.
  • Experience with MongoDB, GraphQL, or employing Statistics/Machine Learning methodologies.
  • Coding skills in R or Python, especially for statistical analysis.
  • Background in People Analytics or HR-related data handling.
