We are currently seeking a Senior Identity Data Management Analyst with specialized skills in intelligence and data management to support our national security operations and drive strategic insights that support our warfighters and nation's leaders.

The Role:

As a Senior Identity Data Management Analyst, your expertise will be crucial in helping our client navigate their operational landscape, especially in supporting CI and HUMINT missions. You will utilize a deep understanding of Combatant Command policies, assembling intelligence products and analytic assessments to facilitate actionable intelligence. This role demands acute attention to detail, robust analytical skills, and the ability to offer time-critical recommendations under pressure.

Your responsibilities will include managing complex HUMINT operations, ensuring compliance and accountability, and leveraging your comprehensive knowledge to influence staffing and strategic development plans.

About You:

Candidates should have:

• At least 3 years of experience in DoD signature reduction operations.
• Familiarity with DoD signature reduction tools, methodologies, and regulations.
• An active TS/SCI clearance, and willingness to undergo a polygraph exam.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 7+ years of experience in intelligence support to the DoD, in lieu of a degree.
• Certifications such as Advanced Technician's Course (ATC) or Due Diligence Course (DDC).

While not required, experience in a Joint Combatant Command environment, a Master's degree, or relevant DoD certifications would be advantageous.

Salary and Benefits:

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600 to $172,000 annually, complemented by a holistic benefits package designed to support your financial and health-related needs.
