HP is seeking a highly skilled Incubation BI and Data Science Specialist to join our cutting-edge Corporate Incubation team. This role focuses on developing and piloting innovative business solutions that leverage machine learning and advanced analytics to drive market validation and business development.

Job Responsibilities

As an integral part of our team, you will:

• Mine data using state-of-the-art tools and programming languages.
• Define and implement models to discover patterns and make predictive insights that create substantial business value and innovation.
• Translate complex datasets into clear insights and stories using visualization tools to influence business decisions and strategies.
• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of cleansed data while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of data science trends.
• Lead and collaborate with a project team of data science professionals, providing guidance and training to junior colleagues.

Key Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Advanced proficiency in statistics, mathematics, and programming.
• Experience handling both structured and unstructured data in distributed environments.
• The ability to create intuitive models and visualize data insights effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A Bachelor’s, Master's, or PhD degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 4-6 years of relevant experience, including any graduate or postgraduate research.
