Key Responsibilities:

• Manipulate large data sets and communicate findings to key stakeholders.
• Function as a Data Scientist/Engineer; manage data handling, extraction, and organization to derive actionable insights.
• Create executive dashboards to showcase data analysis results.
• Utilize statistical, machine learning, and AI methods such as forecasting, regression, clustering, and NLP to enhance project outcomes.
• Collaborate in various project stages, from defining data needs and preparation to model development and insight generation.
• Lead and mentor analysts based on project requirements and support the development of proprietary retail techniques and tools.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Stats, Economics, Maths, Comp Science, or related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in analytics within a well-known consultancy or similar environment, preferably in Retail/CPG Analytics.
• Demonstrated ability with statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and programming languages such as Python, SQL, PySpark.
• Proficient in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, and big data technologies such as Spark and Hive.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and adept in managing both structured and unstructured data.
• Experience in ETL, data lakes, data warehousing and familiarity with version control tools and standard office software.
