Your Challenges

As an Industrial Engineer focused on the Airbus Operating System (AOS), you will:

• Ensure the implementation of AOS tools and standards, including Chronos, an application for monitoring aircraft progress and capturing disruptions (NVA).
• Transfer AOS knowledge to leaders, supervisors, and autonomous production teams.
• Coach daily and weekly routines aimed at maintaining plans and enhancing work center performance.
• Support the maturation and performance analysis of the AOS.
• Act as the local AOS standards contact and identify Chronos improvement opportunities.

Your Boarding Pass

We are looking for candidates with:

• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant operational experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
