About the Role: Insight Analyst

As an Insight Analyst at IQVIA, you'll play a vital role in enhancing our analytic and reporting capabilities. This includes revamping existing frameworks and developing innovative reporting methodologies that align with our strategic business growth.

Your main responsibilities will involve:

• Enhancing visualisation and insight through best-in-class reporting frameworks for more than 240 projects annually.
• Identifying trends and growth opportunities through complex data analysis.
• Collaborating with client-facing teams to focus on analytics needs, crucial metrics, and KPIs to deliver actionable insights.
• Creating and maintaining interactive visualisations and dashboards by integrating data from multiple sources.

What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling.
• Strong capabilities in SQL, Google Analytics, and Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau.
• Knowledge of data cleaning, preparing tools like Tableau Prep, and familiarity with ETL and data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A collaborative spirit and a strong orientation towards team-based work environments.
