Job Description
At esure, we base our decisions on data and our Insight Analyst is a key player in supporting our digital and marketing strategies. They handle profiling, segmentation, propensity modelling, and enhancement of our marketing strategy.
We have successfully built a conducive environment for thorough, long-term research to flourish, helping our business extract additional value from data and create bespoke experiences for our customers.
Here is what you will do:
- Deliver standard reports on call centre metrics within deadlines, and provide relevant commentary and analysis.
- Consistently monitor operational performance, identifying trends, and areas needing further investigation and analysis.
- Design and develop management information tools and reporting systems that can capture essential data, generate relevant information, and report results against agreed performance measures.
- Implement new self-service and AI/ML modelling capabilities using Tableau and Python.
- Address, refine, and fulfil unique insight requests.
- Keep control documentation updated and conduct quality checks on essential business data sources to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with high data literacy and terrific visualisation abilities.
- A resilient and adaptive attitude with a penchant for flexibility and perseverance.
- Ability to challenge the norm while working collaboratively to deliver top-tier insight and analysis.
- Ability to manage high workloads and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent skills in extracting and transforming data for use in modelling and machine learning.
- Experience with SQL & Python.
