In this role, you will monitor and analyze the development of our Shop business unit. As an internal consultant to the management team, you will provide data-driven insights, create and improve KPIs, and develop data-related concepts. You will be a crucial link between the management team and the Data tribe, contributing to Tipico’s future development.

Job Description

Your Playing Field Includes:

Develop Business Cases: Collaborate on diverse projects such as retention campaigns, product launches, and process optimization.

Budget Reporting: Provide actual vs budget reporting to Retail department budget holders and assist in the budgeting process, including resource planning.

Data & KPI Management: Ensure data and KPIs are accessible and tailored for number-based decision making.

Standard Reporting: Build and maintain a comprehensive standard reporting set for all business areas.

Innovative Data Models: Support the development of new data models like the “expected Customer Value segmentation.”

Coaching & Mentorship: Provide on-the-job support and coaching to less experienced Analysts.

Qualifications

Skills Required:

Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.

Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the Gaming industry.

Tech Stack: Proficient in SQL, Tableau, and Excel. Python knowledge is a plus.

Data Knowledge: Deep understanding of data and database (DWH) concepts, and the ability to build and evaluate business cases.

Solution-Oriented & Hands-On: Consistently strive to achieve goals, even under challenging circumstances.

Self-Motivated & Driven: Accountable to meet commitments and driven to further develop.

Language Skills: Fluent English skills are essential. German language skills are desirable but not essential as English is the official language in our Malta office.
