What You'll Bring to the Role:

This position requires a seasoned professional with more than 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including a minimum of 4 years specializing in:

  • ETL expertise
  • Policy Migration Tool
  • Strong Java/Spring boot skills
  • Proficiency in SQL, including creation of tables, views, stored procedures, functions and complex SQL queries

Knowledge in DataWarehouse concepts, Guidewire DataHub, and the insurance sector will be advantageous. Experience working in Agile environments and a knack for providing accurate development estimations based on design analysis are essential.

Candidate Profile:

Successful candidates will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to listen and articulate ideas. Strong relationship-building skills, adherence to our ethical code, and the ability to adjust to varied situations are key to thriving in this role.
