Responsibilities

• Conduct a thorough review of our Employee Stock Options (ESOS) records.
• Verify the alignment of ESOS data with all granted stock options and ensure all required documentation is complete.
• Reconstruct our existing Excel tracking spreadsheet for ESOS.
• Compile and organize data using our online ESOS tracking system.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level with experience on building excel spreadsheets.
• Capable of collecting, arranging, and presenting data in spreadsheets in a structured and efficient manner, emphasizing expertise in creating formulas and utilizing pivot tables.
• A strong affinity for working with data and numerical information.
• Possesses excellent organizational skills and pays great attention to detail.
