About the Team
Our Internal Audit (IA) team is vital in providing insights and objective feedback regarding Stripe’s business processes and compliance. This role offers a chance to join our dynamic Data Analytics team, where you will drive data-driven insights and assess critical models within our organization.

What You'll Do

As the Data Analytics Lead within our IA team, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of data analytics and audit programs.
• Create models and dashboards for management reporting.
• Integrate data analytics across IA projects to enhance decision-making and risk management.
• Develop tools for continuous monitoring and automate processes to improve efficiency.
• Document and validate data analytics results consistently and accurately.

Who You Are

We are seeking a professional with:

• Over 7 years of experience, especially in data analytics, SQL, ETL design, and data pipeline maintenance.
• Strong knowledge in data scripting (R, Python), machine learning techniques, and data visualization tools like Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, project management skills, and a passion for technology and innovation.

Preferred skills include model validation, experience in audit or risk management analytics, and familiarity with high-volume transaction environments.

This role allows for both in-office and remote working options, supporting a balance of in-person collaboration and flexibility for individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $132,300 - $198,400, depending on location and experience. Stripe also offers comprehensive benefits including equity, bonus potential, 401(k) plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
