Job Description

As a Data Engineering Intern, you will contribute to the visibility of our data products and the Data Chapter by improving product accessibility and expanding existing data solutions. Your responsibilities include:

• Expansion of existing data products: Work with our team to scale and improve our data offerings.
• Proactive communication: Communicate the value created by our data products to stakeholders.
• User experience alignment: Ensure a cohesive user experience across different data products.
• Market alignment: Demonstrate how market products align with the ambitions of the Data Chapter.

Your Profile

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates with the following profile:

• Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• Language Skills: Excellent command of English; knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Data Lake, REST, Streaming/Messaging, and Batch processing technologies.

Practical Details

• Integration: Opportunity to integrate your internship with your master's thesis.
• Period and Duration: The internship is flexible and can take place at any time of the year, lasting between four to twelve weeks or more. You can choose to work between two and five days per week, depending on your availability and learning goals.
