Job Description

​​​​​​Responsibilities:

• Implement data mining (Statistical learning) techniques.
• Extract significant data insights from market survey reports.
• Reorganize and improve large databases into a presentable format.
• Analyze statistics derived from compensation and benefits surveys.
• Assist with HR Generalist matters and general departmental administrative tasks.
• Support the HR Department on overall HR matters for the country, including but not limited to Learning & Development and Resourcing.

Projects:

• Assist in market data analysis for ongoing Compensation & Benefits projects.
• Support HR Department engagement activities.
• Assist with HR Department process improvement endeavors.

Qualifications

• Candidates pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Economics/Statistics/Data/Management courses.
• Preferably a 6-month mandatory internship commitment.
• Required language skills: Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Required skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel and intermediate Statistics & presentation skills, Power BI, and Digital Tools knowledge would be a strong advantage.
• Commencement date: November 2023
