Job Description
Role: Investment Data Product Owner
As the Investment Data Product Owner, you will spearhead the data strategy and roadmaps aiming to enhance the quality, availability, and usage of investment data within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and leading Core Data Warehouse data strategy and roadmap across all projects.
- Conducting business analysis and detailed requirements gathering for projects and delivery squads.
- Collaborating with business and technology leaders to prioritize and ensure diligent execution of deliverables.
- Managing dependencies across projects requiring aggregated investment data, escalating risks as needed.
- Translating requirements into executable Epics for all impacted squads.
- Advising leadership to ensure data-related business requirements align with broader business goals.
- Evaluating strategic impacts of technology and architecture priorities such as Cloud-first strategy and Tech Debt remediation.
- Leading data-related Business Change Management activities to drive engagement and adoption.
- Implementing continuous improvement opportunities to enhance data quality and efficiency.
- Interfacing with business areas, individual users, and technology partners to articulate the value of data strategy.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience in investment data and project oversight.
- Track record of working on large, complex projects within an Agile framework.
- Strategic understanding of data capabilities, including master data management, data governance, business intelligence, and analytics.
- Extended understanding of common data platforms and their practical application to business needs.
- Comfort with working in an agile development environment.
- Strong ability to handle multiple requests from varied stakeholders, maintaining clear priorities.
- Curiosoity and an open mindset with a history of recognizing opportunities and creating distinctive value.
- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, mentoring, and influencing skills.

Workplace Model
At Invesco, our workplace model supports our culture and meets client needs while providing employee flexibility. As a full-time employee, you will coordinate with your direct manager to create a schedule, working in your designated office at least three days a week, with two days working outside an Invesco office.
