Responsibilities
As an IT Advisor in Technology Consulting, you will:
- Assist clients in growing, improving, protecting, and innovating their businesses.
- Apply analytic insights and enterprise planning to achieve business objectives faster.
- Enhance clients' enterprise IQ by using advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
- Identify business needs, assess them through diagnostic analytics, and present findings to the team to help craft recommendations for clients.
- Collaborate with team members in planning engagements, developing work programs, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
- Gather and organize information using Enterprise Intelligence (EI) to deliver business insights, improve performance, and mitigate risks.
Team Leadership
Manage and motivate diverse teams, consistently deliver quality services, demonstrate technical and professional expertise, and cultivate strong client relationships and business development opportunities.
Work Schedule
Full-time employment, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Qualifications
Minimum Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field plus 5 years of progressive experience; OR
- Master's degree in the stated fields with 4 years of related experience.
Experience Requirements:
- 4 years of experience with two or more analytics tools such as ACL, Tableau, Spotfire, Microsoft SQL Server, SPSS, SAS, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica, Trillium, Data Stage, etc.
- 2 years of experience solving business problems, monitoring business process risks, and applying analytic technologies.
- 2 years of experience with ETL processes.
- 2 years of experience in analytics engagement leadership including managing staff, providing regular updates, and monitoring project economics.
- 2 years of experience providing technical expertise and managing client relationships.
Travel Requirements: Up to 80% travel, with 10% potentially being international.
