Position Overview:

At Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc., we're seeking a highly skilled IT Analyst in Business Intelligence to manage our financial operations, ensuring effective budgeting, distribution, and tracking for our team. The ideal candidate will have strong authority in financial decision-making and be accountable for budget usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Insights & Analytics:

• Gather quantitative and qualitative data from various sources using business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and Oracle to support effective reporting and decision-making.
• Perform data cleaning, processing, and categorization to deliver insightful reports tailored to stakeholder requirements.
• Develop and customize reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet customer specifications and contribute strategic value.

Strategic Pricing:

• Manage pricing models and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Project Support:

• Lead project initiation and planning phases, including scope reviews and requirement gathering, leveraging technical and business knowledge to assess project complexity and impact.
• Guide project execution, testing, and deployment, ensuring adherence to specifications and stakeholder expectations.
• Continuously monitor project milestones and implement necessary technological improvements.

System Support and Maintenance:

• Oversee routine system and database maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement upgrades and new features to enhance system performance and reliability.

Operations Support:

• Create and manage technical documentation and support training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities.

Continuous Improvement and Innovation:

• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of business operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in IT software development, database management, and business intelligence.
• Expertise in Oracle Business Intelligence Tools, SQL, PLSQL, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
