Your Impact

• Collaborate with the IT Data team to deploy new data-driven functionalities aiding key business units, including HR, Finance, and Sales.
• Engage in the entire Development Lifecycle: encompassing design, development, testing, optimization, and production documentation and operations.
• Develop highly reliable, scalable, and secure data pipelines and products.

Who We Are Looking For

• Prospective graduates (Fall 2024 or Spring 2025) with a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
• Proficiency in programming (Python, Java, or C++) and SQL; familiarity with distributed computing and data science is a plus.
• Strong grasp of algorithms, data structures, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
• Dynamic problem-solvers eager to collaborate and innovate within a team setting.

Compensation and Benefits

Databricks offers equitable and transparent compensation practices. Our internship roles include a competitive pay range, based on various factors including skills, experience, and location. Interns in the SF Bay Area can expect an hourly rate of $44.60 USD. Total compensation also encompasses potential annual bonuses, equity options, and extensive benefits.
