We're on the lookout for a dedicated IT Security Manager - Identity Data Quality to lead our IAM team at Wolters Kluwer. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing the data quality of our identity and access management services. You'll be at the forefront, working with advanced technologies and collaborating with top professionals across the globe to safeguard our enterprise's digital assets.

Key Responsibilities:

As an IT Security Manager, your main duty is to ensure succinct standardization and operational efficiency across our IAM solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing and analyzing data from various API endpoints, including but not caused to Workday (HR), SailPoint IdentityNow, and Azure AD.
  • Designing, configuring, and managing Identity Analytics solutions to monitor identity objects and their attributes comprehensively.
  • Utilizing Azure tools like Sentinel, Log Analytics, and Power BI to derive actionable insights through detailed visual dashboards and reports.
  • Setting up robust monitoring and alert systems focused on identity data for enhanced security and audit purposes.
  • Interacting and coordinating with global teams including IAM architects, security advisors, and HR support to streamline IAM processes.
  • Supporting audits and managing privileged access reviews to bolster security measures within IAM frameworks.
  • Developing and refining IAM processes throughout the identity lifecycle including scenarios like onboarding, role transitions, and emergency terminations.

What We Need:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/MIS or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in roles focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Demonstrable expertise with REST-based APIs and scripting, including MS Graph API.
  • Deep understanding of identity provisioning, governance automation solutions like SailPoint, and Power BI.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite and a strong grasp of hybrid Identity infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively across global teams.
  • Flexible in working hours to accommodate global operations and respond to pressing needs.

Preferred:

  • Experience in cloud security and technical knowledge in network, infrastructure, and application security.
  • Proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
