The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As an IT Solution Architect – Data and Integrations, you will have the chance to leverage your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse minds globally. In this role, you will:

Architect for the Future

Create robust architectural solutions across a broad IT portfolio, including ERP, legacy applications, Middleware, Cloud/SaaS, Mobile, and Analytics, impacting scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Evaluate Processes

Assess vendors, software, and tools to align with business objectives, existing systems compatibility, cost-effectiveness, and compliance standards.

Communicate Effectively

Influence and guide team members through the Architecture Review Committee, articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Monitor Systems

Drive IT governance and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), identifying bottlenecks, vulnerabilities, and areas for improvement.

Estimate Costs

Assess financial impacts of architectural choices, considering infrastructure, licensing, maintenance, and operational expenses.

Ensure Security Compliance

Maintain systems’ adherence to regulatory standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and industry-specific guidelines, following best practices for data protection.

Your Skills and Expertise

To excel in this role, Solventum requires the following minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of Data / Information Architecture / Data Integration experience
• 3-5 years of Architecting ERP Solutions – Oracle / SAP / MS Dynamics
• 3-5 years of Architecting or Implementing Solutions in a Cloud environment (AWS / Azure / Other)
• 2-3 years of Programming using SQL, Java, or Python
• 2-3 years of DevOps experience

Additional qualifications that enhance your candidacy include:

• Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences domain
• Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or other process improvement disciplines
• Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solution Architect, Oracle Certified Associate, TOGAF, ITIL Master Certification
