About the Role: IT & D Lead (Science / Engineering / Visualisation / Governance)

Your strategic mindset in developing and deploying top-tier digital products will drive our new phase of growth. Your Responsibilities

• Chart the strategic direction for IT and digital product and platform architecture, ensuring alignment with our overarching goals.
• Craft and execute a robust roadmap for IT and digital architecture initiatives, delivering cutting-edge solutions that add value to customers and stakeholders.
• Lead a talented team of architects, inspiring them to adopt best practices and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Oversee governance and quality processes to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of our IT services.
• Build collaborative partnerships with stakeholders, translating IT strategies into cohesive and aligned actions.
• Analyze function performance using key metrics, articulating value and progress to senior management.

The Experience We're Looking For

• Proven expertise in leading IT or digital project lifecycles, with experience in using agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of IT and digital product architecture and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders.
