Job Description

This stimulating position will provide you a broad exposure across the digital analytics field. You will be accountable for employing digital platforms and transforming massive data sets into actionable insights that guide targeting and optimization; precisely, connecting or drawing out data, gauging, analyzing and refining digital media for improved conversions and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

You will be accountable for significant tasks across three primary fields:

1. Business intelligence and reporting: Infiltrating different digital data sources across Paid, Owned and Earned Digital Media into a combined environment for tracking. Learn to set up automated processes for data extraction, via API, SFTP, SQL and so on; Extract, rework and load data for inclusion into business intelligence platforms; Learn to construct dashboards in business intelligence platforms. Develop and implement semi-automated Excel and PowerPoint digital reporting solutions such as campaign performance monitoring. Provide the planning and purchasing teams with analysis, insights and data-driven suggestions from the aforementioned reporting sections; Chance to work across key business intelligence platforms for digital media, mainly Datorama.

2. Attribution modeling: Convert objectives into digital media measurement plans; Analyze and report on campaign performance through standardized ad-server attribution models; Learn to develop basic algorithmic attribution models and execute them; Collaborate with data scientists to launch more intricate algorithmic attribution models; Make data-driven suggestions to optimize digital media and content, to enhance conversion volume and efficiency; Chance to be involved in key attribution platforms such as Google’s Data-Driven Attribution model with Doubleclick, and proprietary Publicis Media platforms

3. Data Strategy: You will get the chance to transform campaign reporting and insights into actionable strategies. From implementation, you will report on these techniques to ensure data strategies meet and surpass client aims and objectives.

Qualifications

Experience: Essential

  • Graduate of University or College level media, marketing or advertising program
  • Technically competent and capable of dealing with and learning new digital and tech platforms
  • Potent numerical and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to convert data analysis into meaningful actions for brands
  • Efficient written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in coping under pressure and delivering to stringent deadlines independently.

Experience: Nice-to-have

  • Experience with or extensive knowledge of ad servers and web analytics platforms such as DoubleClick, Adobe Media Optimiser, Sizmek, Google Analytics or Adobe Omniture Site Catalyst
  • Familiarity with ad operations and adtech platforms
  • Worked with syndicated data sources (Nielsen, comScore and so on)
  • Ability to code, such as VBA, SQL, C++, Python, Javascript
  • Competency with business intelligence and analytics software, like Tableau
  • Understanding of statistical concepts
  • Advanced education.​​​​​​​
