Job Responsibilities

• Handle problems and projects under supervision, typically requiring standard solutions.
• Provide project management support for medium-sized projects, including scope definition, requirements gathering, project planning, change control, and reporting.
• Analyze business and user needs, documenting requirements and supporting project execution.
• Assist in resource planning, cost estimation, budget development, and cost control.
• Ensure consistent application of standard project management methodologies, tools, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, develop, and quantify corrective action plans.
• Create and deliver correspondence, presentations, and other materials, acting as a liaison between business and technology areas.

Qualifications and Skills

• Undergraduate degree or 0-2 years of relevant experience; equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Strong client service attitude with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to translate between non-technical business users and technical IT resources.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and system architecture.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to set and meet challenging goals through continuous learning.
• Highly organized with an ability to multitask, work to deadlines, and deliver under pressure.
• Ability to physically perform general office requirements and essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight domestic or international trips, and potential for relocation for international accounts.
