We have an exciting opportunity within our expanding finance department for a Master Data Management Junior Administrator competent in German, who will assist with MDM procedures for our clientele in Germany. Tasks and Qualifications: As a Master Data Management Junior Administrator, your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and amending basic supplier and customer data. - Interacting with suppliers in German and English to verify their master data. - Creating and altering General Ledger accounts. - Collaborating with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payment teams to update vendor, customer, and General Ledger data. - Taking an active role in the stabilization of processes transferred from Germany to the KION Center of Excellence in Krakow. - Supporting improvement projects in the Master Data Management process. Your personality: - You should be a people person who enjoys interacting with others and establishing positive relationships. You should also be open to working in an international environment. - You should have an analytical background and problem-solving capabilities. What will you need to succeed in the role? Must-have: - At least B2 level proficiency in German and English (both spoken and written). - Solid analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively within Europe-based virtual team. - Ability to propose new solutions and establish positive relationships with both customers and suppliers. Nice-to-have: - Previous experience in similar roles or in any Master Data procedures. - Good knowledge of SAP and Excel.
