About the Role

As a Junior AI Engineer at Arcadis, you will be instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of AI solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to advise executives on technology and strategy, collaborate with expert teams, and manage processes in line with our ambitious AI strategy.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Advising on AI technology, strategy, and policy
• Participating in all phases of project lifecycle including functional and process design, prototyping, testing, and training
• Documenting solutions architecture and key learnings
• Acting as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams
• Analyzing partner needs and integrating AI solutions to enhance business outcomes
• Maintaining high ethical standards while deploying AI and machine learning solutions

Required Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• 0-2 years of experience in AI, with proficiency in Python and R
• Strong understanding of ML, TensorFlow, and NLP
• Knowledge in REST API development, SQL Server, and RDBMS
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and understand data analysis principles

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in program leadership and governance

Benefits and Compensation
