Junior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description

Position Summary:  

As a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be a key contributor to the company’s Data Analytics team, focusing on the development of BI solutions and providing data analysis service to a variety of internal stakeholders.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist internal stakeholders with data analysis, enabling data-driven decision-making
• Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to automate analytics where possible, through the creation of new dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools
• Enhance existing dashboards, reports, and data transformations
• Present data and findings in a clear, easy-to-understand manner

Qualifications

• A degree preferably in computer science, mathematics, or other exact sciences
• Experience with building automated reports and analyzing data with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or similar)
• Proficient in SQL use
• An analytical mindset
• An ability to pay attention to detail and thoroughness
• An eagerness to acquire additional technical skills to increase work efficiency
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal

Desirable Skills:

• Prior experience in data analysis, writing complex SQL queries, and use of BI tools
• Knowledge of scripting/programming languages, such as Python
• Experience handling large volumes of data
