Job Description

As a Junior Business Intelligence Specialist, reporting directly to the Business Intelligence Senior Manager, you will be a vital part of our expanding Business Intelligence specialism within the Analytics division of our Data & Insights department. You'll work alongside experts in various fields of data including data planners, analysts, scientists, and specialists in measurement and optimization, all driven by a collective goal—to inspire through data and create market-leading strategies.

Your role will focus on data architecture and visualization, providing critical support in data ingestion, integration, automation, and visualization. You'll help democratize data access and enhance decision-making processes across the company through innovative solutions and user-friendly tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data profiling and anomaly detection
  • Design data models and logical databases for efficient reporting
  • Create, develop, and implement dashboards and reports
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data outputs
  • Support end-users directly to maximize their dashboard competence
  • Manage data visualization projects for smaller client accounts
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting and provide technical support

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of three years' experience in a Business Intelligence role
  • Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with various business intelligence tools like Data Studio, Tableau, and Power BI
  • Experience with data visualization tools and understanding their application in marketing
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluent in English with exceptional attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in digital marketing
  • Experience with data integration from multiple sources
  • Familiarity with tools like Google BigQuery, Fivetran, or Alteryx
  • International and multicultural work experience
