About the Role: Junior Consultant Business Intelligence (m/w/d)

As a Junior Consultant for Business Intelligence at CBTW, you will bridge data analysis and business strategy to provide in-depth insights and solutions to our clients. Ideal candidates should be enthusiastic about understanding, analyzing, and transforming complex data into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in client consultations to develop and implement Business Intelligence strategies and solutions.
• Participating in the analysis of business data and processes to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• Helping in the development and implementation of BI solutions and dashboards for data visualization.
• Working closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and deliver customized solutions.
• Supporting client training and usage of Business Intelligence tools and platforms.
• Actively participating in ongoing professional development regarding BI technologies, methodologies, and best practices.

What We Look For

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in Business Intelligence or data analysis, e.g., internships or academic projects.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of databases, data modeling, and query languages (e.g., SQL).
• Foundational knowledge in Python or general programming is beneficial.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Team player capable of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
• Fluency in both German and English.
