Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Data Engineer with 3+ years of professional data-related experience in the financial services sector, and 2+ years in Java/Python/UNIX development. The ideal candidate will have:

• Extensive SQL knowledge and experience handling large data volumes.
• Experience in Data Integration, Data Catalog, Data Controls, Data Analytics, and related tools and frameworks.
• A solid grasp of or the ability to quickly learn about the project or product being developed.
• Proven ability to document and write procedures for various audiences.
• Strong organizational skills with an aptitude for multitasking and maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating with multiple teams ensuring project synergy when assigned the same deliverables.
• Effective communication skills to align project objectives with business goals and management expectations.
• Ability to provide consistent project updates to stakeholders regarding strategy, adjustments, and progress.
• Strong time management capabilities with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• A robust understanding of agile development methodologies.
