Every day, our team analyses billions of pieces of behavioral, attitudinal, and purchase data from sports fans worldwide. We leverage the latest machine-learning and data visualization technology to provide our clients with the insights and tools needed to build direct relationships with fans, enhance engagement, and drive revenue across event-day, sponsorship, and media businesses.

Our global team of over 600 employees operates from eight offices around the world, including London, New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Kansas City, Paris, Bern, and Melbourne. We work cross-regionally to support our expanding international client base.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Monitor our data management platform and associated data pipelines, providing expert support as required.
• Support the onboarding of new clients into our Data Analytics and Management products, including data ingestion, data mapping, opt-in tracking, customer matching, data export, and client-facing dashboards and analytics.
• Configure and manage client environments using Data Management hubs, implement changes, conduct testing, and support regular feature updates.
• Collaborate with the DataOps & Engineering team to improve product and service offerings through feature specification and ideation.
• Provide client-facing Marketing and Consulting teams with accurate and informative reports on data quality, transformation procedures, and task scheduling.
• Reconcile data through various stages of collection, processing, and presentation.
• Play a key role in our User Access Management process for both Two Circles and client users.
• Ensure the protection of client data at all times.

Ideal Skills and Background:

• Demonstrable knowledge of data-intensive technology environments, or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Basic knowledge of data query languages such as SQL or Python/Pyspark.
• Ability to produce and maintain high standards of documentation.
• Excellent self-starting attitude with a keen interest in joining an entrepreneurial organization.
• Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving capabilities with a curiosity and willingness to learn new things.
• Team player who contributes to collective goals above personal gain.
