What You’ll Be Doing

Join our Enterprise Technology team as a Junior Data Engineer in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be involved in the detailed technical design and development of applications across various technology platforms. This role offers an opportunity to utilize your understanding of business dynamics to conduct impact analysis and provide problem-solving solutions related to Business Intelligence.

Our optimal work environment and hybrid work arrangement ensure flexibility, with 1-2 days a week on-site and remote work the remaining days. This setup not only fosters a balance but also enhances productivity and engagement.

How You’ll Succeed

Collaborative Development: Convert business requirements into programming instructions, analyze organizational needs and goals, and execute the development and implementation of application systems.

Systems Implementation: Engage in the technical design, development, and integration of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.

Troubleshooting and Technical Skills: Partner closely with business and technology teams to address business and client impact issues and adhere to regulatory and information security standards.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with technical team members, clients, and vendors. Lead discussions effectively and enhance communication through your advanced verbal skills.

Who You Are

You are a professional with at least 1 year of experience in Python, SQL, BI tools (such as Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI), with a keen interest in solution design and architecture. Experience in Azure Cloud, Unit Tests, and UI Automation Tests is considered an asset. You are a change-maker who thrives on innovation and teamwork, and you bring your authentic self to work every day.
