Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Data Operations Consultant to join our digital teams in our Milan office.

The candidate will play a role in the technical and analytical phase of the projects, supporting the team and the clients in reaching their goals through a complete tracking architecture and consistent optimization process, exploiting the value of 1st party data and digital campaigns

You will:

  • Set up tools to track digital 1st party data
  • Create the tracking brief according to the defined architecture.
  • Follow the entire implementation process
  • Implement necessary tags into the Tag Management system
  • Create an environment ready for other measurement processes (exporting data and creating rules for it)
  • Analyze data and panels to monitor proper functioning 
  • Help to digitalize 1st party data coming from non-digital sources
  • Evaluate users' journeys and define strategies to improve conversion rates.
  • Guide and assist other teams to fully utilize the digital ecosystem

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Digital Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or similar
  • 2+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Knowledge of DMP and CDP Setup, Mechanisms and Panels
  • Knowledge of Tag Management solutions
  • Familiarity with frontend programming languages (e.g. Javascript)
  • Familiarity with Media KPI of programmatic Campaigns
  • Nice to have: familiarity with Relational DataBase
  • Nice to have: familiarity with tracking mechanisms in Browsers and APP
  • Fluent English
  • Be a problem solver and have customer management skills
  • Be proactive towards the client and the team with whom there is a strong collaboration
