Job Description

As a member of Deloitte's Business Consulting department, which currently consists of about 500 employees in Sweden, you can work to support leading organizations in strategic matters, in interim solutions and in change projects within both finance and IT. In order to meet the changing demands of the market and create value for the change journeys that the clients are facing, we contribute with new and more efficient ways of working, improving processes and routines, as well as operational preparations for our clients. We help our clients implement business systems, using system solutions and modern digital platforms.

Deloitte Consulting is organized around several areas with corresponding teams to meet our clients' needs. Within Consulting we are looking for you who are an economist, civil engineer, systems scientist/IT, human scientist, or behavioral scientist with a master's or master's degree, or an equivalent or combined education in these areas. This ad is aimed at you who are primarily an engineer or systems scientist.

We are looking for new employees primarily to start in August 2024, but with some exceptions for some teams that are also looking for new employees to start in January 2024.

Technology, Strategy, and Transformation

Supports our clients in getting the most possible value out of their IT investments by providing support in everything from developing strategies to transformations within the IT area.

We would like to see that you have studied System Sciences or Industrial Economics and have an interest in how IT can support businesses as a whole or with a focus on specific areas such as strategy and architecture, organization and operational models, and cloud technologies and solutions.

SAP

Supports our clients in implementing, optimizing, and benefiting from SAP's ERP solutions to meet their specific business needs. We lead the entire journey and offer our clients a comprehensive solution, from feasibility studies and implementation of the transformation program to the technical implementation. Each SAP- implementation focuses on an outcome that supports business strategies through process improvements and technical innovation.

We would like to see that you have a master's degree in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Engineering, and/or Supply Chain.

System Delivery and Modernization

Supports our clients within the business and technology area during their major IT transformation programs by combining functional and technical capabilities. We implement solutions for custom developed systems, platform integration, and application modernization to enable core business capacity.

We would like to see that you have a systems science background or equivalent. Experience in agile transformations is also meritorious.

Cloud and Engineering

Cloud Engineering assists customers in succeeding in a world that is governed by decisions made based on data-driven insights. The team works with cloud strategy, transformation, migration, development of native solutions, integration, management, and engineering to support the customer's journey from local systems to the cloud.

We would like to see that you have a background in one of the following: Business Management, Cloud, Data Science/Analytics, Engineering with a focus on Management and/or Data Science.

Customer and Marketing

Supports our clients in their digital transformation journeys with a focus on commerce-, sales-, case management-, and service processes. Our work ranges from strategy and consulting to agile IT deliveries. A large part of our work includes the implementation of the CRM system Salesforce but we also make system deliveries on other leading platforms such as Adobe and other Marchtech solutions.

We would like to see that you have a background in for example system science and/or have an interest in system development.

Operation Transformation

Supports our clients in implementing business strategies to achieve their business goals. We work with operational change, which often includes the implementation of system support for industry-specific technology in various industries, with a particular focus on banking and insurance as well as Retail.

We would like to see that you have a background in Economics, Business Management, Finance, Engineering with a focus on Finance, Management and/or Supply Chain.

Qualifications

Please refer to team-specific requirements above. Overall, we are looking for you who are a recent graduate systems scientist, engineer, or have a combined education with a master's or master's degree, alternatively an equivalent/double degree.

We would also like to see that:

• You have good grades, international experience, and relevant engagements besides your studies.
• You have relevant work experience and experience in the consulting industry is also meritorious.
• You are a team player, but also enjoy working independently. You are outgoing, goal-oriented, committed, enterprising, and driven by new challenges. You have an interest in developing businesses and operations.
• You have an interest in how digitalization and new technology related to economics can develop businesses and help to realize our clients' strategies and business goals.
• You have very good language skills in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
