Job Description

As a Junior Manager in Research & Development, you will shape the future of mobility through interconnected assistance systems, automated driving, and autonomous driving.

Over 12-24 months, you will rotate through various assignments domestically and internationally, aiding in the identification of future topics and the development of innovative systems and components. Working in agile development teams, you'll engage with technically fascinating and challenging products and services of the Bosch Group.

• Choose your ideal start date and decide when your permanent employment contract will begin.

Qualifications

Personality

You demonstrate an inventive spirit for topics such as the automation and networking of tomorrow’s mobility using robotics, artificial intelligence, and deep learning. You enjoy inspiring others and consider courage, openness, tolerance, and mindfulness to be admirable attitudes.

Background

With a technical master’s or diploma degree in computer science, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related field, you have delved into topics of connected mobility and/or autonomous driving, achieving excellent results. Perhaps you have acquired an MBA, PhD, or initial work experience.

Experience and Know-how

You bring international experience of at least three months and have gained practical experience through relevant industry internships in software and IT, including small and medium-sized enterprises or startups. You possess strong programming skills in languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, Matlab, or similar. You are proficient in English and have good knowledge of German.
