Job Description

The financial and banking industry is rigorously regulated and demands professionals committed to regulatory reporting. Swissquote operates within an international setting with multiple entities and regulatory requirements.

As a valued member of the Regulatory Data Solutions Service, you will play a significant role in refining and enhancing our regulatory reporting methods. Your day-to-day duties will involve providing consistent support for generated reports and adeptly implementing new requirements using our application.

Tasks and responsibilities

• Create, develop, and enhance regulatory reporting processes using MS Integration Services (SSIS),

• Design and improve the regulatory database structure to ensure maximum performance and compliance,

• Oversee everyday operational tasks related to regulations, ensuring continuity even during public holidays,

• Carry out comprehensive first-level analysis of generated reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent experience,

• 1-3 years of experience in the banking industry; past experience in regulatory reporting is highly desirable,

• Proficiency in SQL with a focus on Oracle and SQLServer,

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Integration Services (SSIS) development,

• Familiarity with Python for scripting and application development is beneficial,

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken,

• Strong attention to detail with a critical and analytical mindset,

• A cooperative team player with a proactive demeanor.
