Job Title: Kore AI Architect

Responsibilities:

· Lead a dynamic team of developers in the creation, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge conversational AI solutions utilizing the Kore AI platform.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, user experience designers, and quality assurance professionals.

· Capture and translate requirements into detailed technical specifications for robust AI solutions.

· Develop scalable and robust conversational AI frameworks that ensure alignment with project goals.

· Utilize a variety of programming languages, scripting techniques, Kore AI APIs, and tools to enhance chatbot functionalities.

· Integrate advanced NLP (Natural Language Processing) and NLU (Natural Language Understanding) to facilitate intelligent, context-aware interactions.

· Maintain high standards of code quality, conduct thorough code reviews, and provide mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills:

· Proven expertise in Kore AI solutions and platforms.

· Strong background in system integration, preferably with Genesis or Google APIs.

Salary and Compensation Transparency:

The salary range for this role is $110,841 - $145,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and location. This position may also qualify for additional bonuses or incentives.
