Role Overview: Lead AI Software Engineer

As a Lead AI Software Engineer based in Bangalore, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our Client Experience (CX) through AI-driven technology. This position involves hands-on development and maintenance of cloud-based AI applications, ensuring high scalability, robust security, and seamless client support workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop state-of-the-art AI applications using a full-stack technology approach.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement analytics features that meet both business and user needs.
• Use Kubernetes and other containerization technologies for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
• Develop robust API interfaces and microservices.
• Enhance application security and compliance with current data protection regulations.
• Participate in continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) processes, optimizing software development workflows.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in Software Development, especially at the Senior or Staff level.
• Extensive experience with client and server-side technologies including React, Angular, Django, and Flask.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as AWS, Azure, and GCP is beneficial.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.
• Able to engage collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and colleagues effectively.
