Join Our Team as a Lead Aircraft Mechanic at BCAS Europe Limited

Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited (BCASEL), an EASA and UK CAA approved Maintenance Repair Organisation, is expanding. We’re currently seeking experienced Lead Aircraft Mechanics to join our dynamic team at our London Gatwick Hangar facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with industry-leading aircraft models including 737 NG/Max, 777, and 787.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Aircraft Mechanic, you will:

  • Support Licensed Aircraft Engineers in all maintenance aspects on assigned aircraft.
  • Plan and execute the work of Aircraft Mechanics efficiently.
  • Conduct scheduled maintenance, defect rectification, modifications, and more.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and uphold Boeing’s Safety and Quality standards.

What You Will Bring

Prospective candidates should have:

  • Completion of a recognised apprenticeship or equivalent experience.
  • Strong experience in Base Maintenance environments.
  • Profound technical knowledge of Boeing aircraft.
  • Excellent decision-making skills and a proactive work ethic.

Location

This role is based at the London Gatwick Hangar facility, operating under a rotational shift pattern. Flexibility in work hours including a willingness to work overtime is expected.

Eligibility

This position requires legal authorisation to work in the United Kingdom without Boeing's sponsorship. You must also meet the requirements to hold a London Gatwick Airport airside pass.
