Job Description: Lead BI Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Lead BI Analyst to join our team. As a Lead BI Analyst, you will apply cutting-edge business intelligence (BI), data modeling, analytical techniques, and big data processing to provide vital information that enhances revenues, operational efficiency, and customer programs. Your contributions will enable us to swiftly respond to market trends and secure a competitive edge.
Responsibilities:
- Providing operational and functional support on information management, ensuring data is centrally managed and shared effectively.
- Collaborating with business stakeholders to offer analytical solutions and drive the vision of "Empower Process Transformation through Digital Process Twins".
- Leading a team of BI Analysts/Data Scientists to deploy analytical solutions focused on Process Mining and Digital Process Twin capabilities.
- Executing data analysis projects and implementing insights to realize tangible value.
- Combining hands-on solutioning with stakeholder engagement and team management.
Qualifications & Skills
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence/Data Engineering and 2 years in people management.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data modeling and engineering, including translating business/process data from various sources (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, HANA).
- Strong understanding of data architecture, ETL processes, and data warehouse best practices.
- Experience with Cloud platforms like Azure and AWS.
- Preferred experience with Celonis (On-Prem/EMS), UI Path, and Signavio.
- Proficient in scripting tools (SQL/Python/Spark/ADF/ADLS) and BI tools (Power BI, Spotfire, Tableau, Qlikview).
Stakeholder Management:
- Building strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their operations and apply insights effectively.
- Coordinating with IT and Data Experts to ensure seamless data pipeline management.
- Articulating business challenges and opportunities supported by analytics.
Project & People Management:
- Executing end-to-end analytics projects, from scoping and data sourcing to delivering insights and supporting business decision-making.
- Demonstrating strong leadership skills and effectively managing mid-size teams.
- Exhibiting ambition and creativity in achieving targets and goals.
