Job Description

At Devoteam Digital Impulse, the Devoteam group's strategic consulting firm, we carry the "Data strategy" dimension of our clients' data transformation, namely:

• Construction of Data-Driven transformation ambition and definition of the first target benefits #DataVision
• Structuring Data transformation programs #DataTransformation
• Implementation of data operating models and Data governance #DataGov
• Scaling up the Data transformation to permanently establish data value as a company asset. #Data@Scale

At Devoteam Digital Impulse, we believe that hollow Consulting is dead.

Qualifications

Your Skills

• Good knowledge of information management (governance, data quality and security, architecture, decision making...), modelling and data visualization.
• Functional mastery and good technical knowledge of data governance tools (Informatica, Collibra, Meta Analysis...), data preparation (Pandora, Alteryx, Dataiku, Talend...) or data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, Microstrategy, Qlik...).
• Eagerness to invest in major projects and quickly assume responsibilities.
• Rigorous, proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated managerial quality and leadership, able to guide other consultants in their assignments.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in Digital transformation consulting with data-centric missions to your credit.
• Curious, ambitious and a team player
• Not afraid to juggle several topics at the same time, organizing yourself to maximize your impact.
• Fluent in English and mobile to stay close to your clients.
• Eager to join an entrepreneurial adventure within an established consulting firm.
