TouchNote is a daily kindness app designed to facilitate real-life, uplifting communication. Our service allows users to promptly and seamlessly send postcards, greeting cards, photographic prints, presents, framed photos, and more anywhere globally, straight from their phones.

About the Team

Our team consists of passionate individuals aiming to make a difference by bridging the digital-physical divide. Our office, located in Shoreditch, boasts exposed brickwork and a ping pong table. However, there's more to us than just that - we place great emphasis on our team's culture and have high aspirations for what and how we accomplish things.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate Closely: Cooperate diligently with various departments, including finance, marketing, and product to understand their data requirements and provide valuable insights
• Dive into Data: Investigate customer behavior, market trends, and operational performance to identify room for enhancement and growth
• Craft and Execute Projects: Lead special data initiatives while ensuring speedy delivery and superior results
• Present Insights: Simplify complex data into understandable, actionable insights and convey these findings to stakeholders at all levels
• Build and Maintain Tools: Establish data sets, models, and dashboards to apply insights and monitor key performance indicators
• Enhance Data Infrastructure: Seek ways to enhance our end-to-end data pipelines, data sets, and analysis tools to align with business needs
• Lead and Develop the Datapoints.5.12 Team: Supervise, mentor, and shape a team of data professionals, endorse a collaborative and inclusive environment, and ensure continuous learning and development
• Educate and Empower: Familiarize and aid team members in using data tools and resources, fostering a data-driven culture within the company

Who You Are

• Able to illustrate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• An efficient communicator
• Highly autonomous
• Comfortable with assuming full ownership of projects
• Possesses high emotional intelligence
• Able to work effectively in cross-functional roles
• Proficient in stakeholder management
• Equipped with strong problem-solving capabilities and an analytical mindset

Requirements

• A thorough understanding of Looker and Amplitude
• Competent in writing SQL and working with SQL databases (e.g. Redshift)
• Experience in A/B testing, experimental design, implementation, and analysis
• Proven knowledge of ETL tools
• A minimum of a 2:1 in a quantitative or research-based degree
• A solid 4+ years of experience in a data-related role, with a firm background in data analysis, statistics, or a related field
• Experience in e-commerce / DTC / performance marketing
• Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS
