Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Lead Data Engineer skilled in developing scalable, standardized data solutions. You will take the reins in architecting and coding advanced systems, assist in project collaborations, and guide teams across various domains to enhance our service delivery through superior data management practices.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee best practices in data engineering, ensuring robust architecture and infrastructure for high performance.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to drive initiatives, mitigate risks and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Lead and align data engineering teams to your strategies to ensure cohesive progress across departments.

Professional Skills & Experience

• At least 8 years in data modeling and architecture, preferably using AWS in a Linux environment.
• Hands-on experience with data science tools and managing large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools, Agile methodologies, and common programming languages like Python.
• Experience in industries such as weather, agriculture, or energy is a beneficial plus.
