You will become a crucial part of the Data department, divided into several key areas:

• Data Platform Team: Comprised of 5 Data Engineers who handle large-scale data ingestion, creating reliable and standardized data models accessible company-wide.
• Data Science and ML Platform Team: A group of 6 Data Scientists/ML Engineers dedicated to ML-driven projects like Autobidder for User Acquisition and N-Testing for experimentation.
• Advanced Analytics & Data Science Team: This team focuses on utilizing data in various domains including Game Analytics, Marketing Analytics, and Market Intelligence.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Lead Data Engineer, you play a pivotal role in managing the Data Platform team, ensuring the availability and security of data across the company. In this leadership role, you will:

1. Manage the Data Platform: Enhance scalability and innovation, maintain high data quality, and develop long-term data strategies that align with organizational goals.
2. Lead Team Performance: Set engineering best practices, provide mentorship, and ensure that the team's skills are continually up-to-date. Collaborate with various stakeholders to align data solutions with business objectives.
3. Contribute Technically: Actively participate in projects, lending your expertise to specific initiatives or challenges.

Who We Are Looking For

We seek an experienced Data Engineer with a passion for mobile gaming and a track record in team leadership. Key qualifications include:

• Demonstrable experience with modern data stack technologies like Spark, and proficiency in API data management.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, Azure, and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
