Your Mission

As a Lead Data Engineer at Razor Group GmbH, you will develop, test, and maintain robust and scalable software applications specializing in Python. Your responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative features. You'll write clean, efficient, and reusable code while integrating user-facing elements and optimizing backend services and API integrations. Part of your role is also to lead and review code, ensuring the highest quality and performance standards are met.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of experience in a senior or lead data engineering role. You should have solid experience in managing teams, working with front-end technologies, and expertise in both relational and NoSQL databases. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and skills in code optimization are essential. Leadership, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a proven track record in fostering positive team culture and driving performance are expected.
