Key Responsibilities

Team Mentorship: Provide technical leadership to the data engineering team, promoting the adoption of best practices to ensure top-quality standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders to analyze their needs and convert these into technical executions.
Data Optimization: Refine and tune data workflows to enhance performance, scalability, and efficiency, ensuring high data quality and integrity.

Required Skills
Technological Proficiency: Extensive experience with Hadoop ecosystem, including Hive, and Pyspark/Spark. Proficiency in Python, Java, and Unix scripting.
Cloud Platforms Knowledge: Experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure is highly preferred.
Analytical Skills: Ability to solve complex data-related issues using advanced problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with competencies in working across multifunctional teams.
