The WorkMoney Digital Innovation team is critical in leveraging data and technology to meet our members' needs effectively. We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join this dynamic team to manage and expand our data infrastructure amidst growing data complexities.
As a Lead Data Engineer, you will be at the heart of our data operations, enhancing our ability to manage large-scale projects and initiatives. This role is perfect for those who thrive in solving complex problems and wish to contribute meaningly towards making life affordable for all Americans.
- Evaluate and enhance database architectures
- Design and implement scalable data infrastructures using AWS, Redshift, Salesforce, etc.
- Develop and manage data pipelines for seamless integration with various systems
- Innovate and improve data systems and processes
- Ensure data integrity and timely reporting to meet stakeholder needs
- Manage project delivery to ensure high quality outcomes
Ideal candidates for the Lead Data Engineer position will have a deep understanding of data engineering, particularly in AWS environments. You should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
