Our Team's Mission

The WorkMoney Digital Innovation team is critical in leveraging data and technology to meet our members' needs effectively. We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to join this dynamic team to manage and expand our data infrastructure amidst growing data complexities.

Responsibilities

- Evaluate and enhance database architectures
- Design and implement scalable data infrastructures using AWS, Redshift, Salesforce, etc.
- Develop and manage data pipelines for seamless integration with various systems
- Innovate and improve data systems and processes
- Ensure data integrity and timely reporting to meet stakeholder needs
- Manage project delivery to ensure high quality outcomes

What You'll Need To Be Successful

Ideal candidates for the Lead Data Engineer position will have a deep understanding of data engineering, particularly in AWS environments. You should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• 2+ years as a Senior Data Engineer OR 6+ years in data engineering
• Expertise in DBT, ETL tools, and SQL
• Proven ability to design, build and optimize data environments
• Experience in managing data pipelines and database architecture
